It is a common practice to set goals in every organization; the purpose could vary depending upon how global the business is, with a constant endeavor to increase the motivation to achieve what the original goals are as against what is achieved, bridging the gap with up skilled training exercises that will ultimately help in achieving the set goals. There is always a need to have a knowledgeable goal that is achievable in terms company specific or product specific, setting very high standards at the very beginning may erode the entire purpose of having goals at every stage of business development.

  • setting a deadline for achieving the set goals is important, you cannot forever be trying to achieve what your business to be, short-term goals
