Film maker Uwe Boll had the luminous idea to make a movie based on the ever-popular MMORPG World of Warcraft. When he contacted Blizzard and asked for the movie rights, they immediately shot his idea down though.

Blizzard in fact said the following:
“I got in contact with Paul Sams of Blizzard, and he said, ‘We will not sell the movie rights, not to you…especially not to you,’” Boll revealed. “Because it’s such a big online game success, maybe a bad movie would destroy that ongoing income, what the company has with it.”
Can you blame them? The petition that should make sure Boll stops making movies by now managed to get no less than 200.000 signatures...

I always wondered why you guys put a '.' instead of a ','. Doesn't a '.' indicate a decimal in numbers for you guys too?

Anyways, smart move by Blizzard.

There is nothing in WOW that Boll can destroy. Acctually a movie about WOW, done by Boll, would be as interessting as a game itself. BLIZZARD management fears are just plain silly.

We should all say "NO!" to Uwe, no matter what it's about!

So how do you denote a decimal? IE: 1/2 = 0.5
