PS3 Les Paul not compatible with Rock Band
While we still have to wait until spring 2008, the Americans could start head banging with Rock Band yesterday.
Although developer Harmonix said the Guitar Hero guitars would be compatibel, that seems to not be the case for the wireless Les Paul controller that comes with the PS3 version of Guitar Hero. The plastic toy from the X360 version does work with Rock Band.

"If a third party game controller is based on open standards, then it should work with Rock Band as well. If certain controllers do not work with Rock Band, questions about those controllers should be directed to the peripheral manufacturer."
